Should you need to cancel a booking we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
In the event of such a cancellation, & for whatever the reason for cancellation, whilst we are happy to reschedule your booking with us, no refunds are given except in the form of vouchers or credit on your account. Redemption of vouchers / account credit is subject to availability.
Tokens are not refundable or transferable. Expiry dates are not able to be extended.

Please arrive 15 mins before the activity time to allow time to allocate hat and boots as appropriate.

Riders should wear long trousers and bring socks.

Horse-riding is an outdoor activity and therefore we aim to ride in all but exceptional weathers so please ensure that you wear suitable clothes at all times. During extreme weather conditions when it may be unsafe or uncomfortable to ride outside we can supply interesting, practical ‘on the ground’ sessions as an alternative.
Other than for your first lesson at the centre, all riders must provide their own boots, and a riding hat that meets all of the requirements of the BHS Approved Centres Hat Rules.
